In the late 1800’s, Fred Harvey established an empire of restaurants and hotels that provided unprecedented hospitality. The famed Harvey Girls and an amazing array of culinary innovations vaulted the Harvey Empire to the top of the line in the southwestern United Sates. Along with his renowned hospitality, a common denominator at most of his establishments was superb coffee.
With a great deal of historical research and taste-testing, Xanterra has worked to recreate the coffee Fred insisted on. With coffees from the great highlands of Columbia to the upper elevations of Mexico, we’ve recreated the blend of coffees used in the original Harvey establishments- and now we’ve brough it to you.
